If you are saying more than 3 days, then you have time to visit some locations out of Riga city center which we highly recommend:

3. In Riga visit at least the Occupation Museum More time -- visit Outdoor Ethnographic Museum

Don't believe that a FREE drink at an Old City bar is FREE -- it's far very far from free.

Just don't even go in the bar that offers something free !
